A Watch match is missing on iPhone
- Open CourtsidePlay on both paired devices.
- Check whether the match uses Auto or Manual sync.
- If it uses Manual, send the match from the Watch.
- Review the sync guide for the difference between a live update and a finished-match transfer.
Shot labels do not match my strokes
Check the selected sport and dominant-hand settings, then calibrate the strokes you want to improve. Start with a short practice session. Motion-based classification is an estimate and may still misclassify some shots.
Heart-rate or readiness data is missing
Review the Health permissions you granted to CourtsidePlay and check whether your Watch recorded the relevant data. The heart-rate guide and readiness guide explain how these signals are used.
QR sharing is not working
Make sure both players open the same completed or retired match and keep their iPhones nearby. Follow the QR sharing steps. Sharing is not available during live play.
