More than a scoreline
CourtsidePlay brings scoring and match analysis to iPhone and Apple Watch for tennis, padel, beach tennis and badminton. Record the match, review what happened, and use the patterns to decide what to practise next.
Where the numbers come from
Swing detection and shot classification use Apple Watch accelerometer and gyroscope readings. Heart-rate and readiness features use available health data. Spin is estimated from wrist rotation; the app does not directly measure the ball’s rotation or speed.
These readings help you explore your play. They are estimates, and their quality depends on sensor data, your motion and configuration. Shot calibration helps the app recognise your strokes. See the terms for the limits of analytics and wellness features.
Your match data, on your devices
No account registration is required. Match records stay on your devices. You choose whether to share a result image or a finished match with an opponent. Read our privacy overview and full privacy policy.
