Every contributing metric is shown with your 7-day average and how today compares to baseline. A 74/100 day looks like this:

  • HRV 48 ms — 106% above baseline (7-day avg 23 ms) — well recovered
  • Resting HR 54 bpm — 13 bpm below baseline — strong recovery
  • Sleep 5.6 h — below optimal — energy may be limited
  • Training Load — no data yet; appears once you wear the Watch consistently

Privacy: your health data stays on your device

Match Readiness is computed entirely on your iPhone from data Apple Health already has. CourtsidePlay never uploads your HRV, resting HR, or sleep data to any server.
